FORT WAYNE, IN - Hyrlene Alice MacDonald, 92, passed into the arms of Jesus on September 26, 2021. Born to the late Hyrle and Ella Ivy, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Hyrle Ivy Jr., and her husband, State Senator Elmer MacDonald. Surviving her are son, Greg (Elizabeth) MacDonald; daughter, Suzanne (Rick) Nielsen; granddaughters, Lt. Kristine MacDonald, Katelyn (Zach) High, and great-grandchildren, Ella and Archer High. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021 with a service at 1:00 p.m. at Fellowship Missionary Church, 2536 E. Tillman Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46816 with Pastor Robbie Sondag officiating. Flowers may be delivered to the church on Thursday between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church in Hyrlene’s memory.
