ANDERSON, IN – Jandee Oonjai, age 76, of Anderson, passed away December 14, 2022. She was born on April 1, 1946, in Thailand to the late Churn and Pra Chaiyasan. Jandee led a difficult life in her younger years before coming to the United States. She worked hard as a machine operator for Delphi in Kokomo, retiring in 2004. Throughout her life she kept her faith and had a close relationship with God. She will be remembered for her dedication; even walking to church when she did not have a means of transportation.

She is survived by her children, Dan (Janejira) Oonjai of Anderson, IN and Orsuda Oonjai of Thailand; grandchildren, Olivia McCowan, Olissa (Conner) Willet, Timmy Satayanukran, and Nice Thongsri, and great grandchildren, Enteiya McCowan and Quinton McCowan.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Richard Waymire, Jr.; grandson, Tony Satayanukran, and great grandson, Casey McCowan.

Family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Circle of Hope Wesleyan Church, 2406 Delaware St., Anderson, IN 46016. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Bob Bell and Pastor Jerry Alexander officiating. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery, Anderson, IN.
