MIDDLETOWN – Misti Dawn Mavety, age 43, of Middletown, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 12, 2024, at Beaumont Hospital in Taylor, Michigan. She was born on February 22, 1980, in Middletown, Ohio to Kathryn Moreton of Middletown, and the late James Richmond.

In addition to her mother, Misti is survived by her daughters, Elyssa, Hannah, and Morgan Williams, all of Middletown; her grandchildren, Amira, Addy, Adrean Jane, Ryder, Bradley, Grayson, and Colt; her sisters, Kelli Nunamaker of Middletown, Crystal (John) Campbell of Talyor, Michigan, and Sarah Pierson of Middletown; her stepmother, Sue Richmond of Trenton; and her nieces and nephews, Patience, Dominique, Taylor, Hailey Jo, J.J., Jacob, A’aleena, Dakota, and Karter.

Misti never met a stranger in her life and was always willing to help a friend in need. She loved to doodle and color on any paper nearby, especially writing her grandchildren's names in different colors and fonts. Misti struggled for a long time and had a very tumultuous life, but at the end, was proud of herself and how she had overcome so many obstacles in her path. She loved her grandchildren so very much and some of her last words on this earth were saying their names out loud.

Visitation will be from 11 AM to 12 noon on Monday, January 22, 2024, at questCHURCH, 6933 Hendrickson Road, Middletown, Ohio 45044. A funeral service will follow at 12 noon with Pastor Ken Henderson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodside Cemetery in Middletown.

Flowers may be delivered to the church on Monday, January 22, between 9 AM and 11 AM.
