Adi`Layah Lake, 5 months, of Toledo, OH passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017. Adi'Layah was born to Sophia Deluca and John Lake Jr. Besides her parents, Adi'layah is survived by her brother: Tristan Tanner; grandparents: Jodie Harsh, Ruben Garza, Joseph Deluca, Sonia Gomez; aunts: Irma Garza, Jaque Franco, Trishtina Mendivel, Trish Dominguez, Tiffanie Lake, Leticia Castro, Antonia Castro, Desiree Deluca; uncles: Sergio Uballe, Fabian Uballe.
Visitation will be held at ChurchFunerals Direct Network Affiliate Habegger Funeral Services, 2001 Consaul Street, Toledo, OH 43605 on Friday December 22, 2017 from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M.
Funeral Services will be held at Solid Rock Assembly of God, 4058 Starr Ave., Oregon, OH 43616 on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Carlos Hernandez officiating. Interment will follow at the convenience of the family.
