PAULDING, OH - Robert A. “Bob” Leslie (1949-2022) age 73, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the CHP Home Care Hospice Center in Defiance, OH.
Bob was born in Paulding, OH on July 1, 1949. He worked as a pet groomer and boarder of many animals throughout his lifetime. Bob always had a green thumb and loved working in his yard. He married Sandra K. Lytle on March 13, 1970, and together they had three children.
Bob is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sandra K. Leslie of Paulding, OH; son, Steven (Patty) Leslie of Ft. Wayne, IN; daughters, Melissa Leslie and Nicole (Corey) Harris of Paulding, OH; grandchildren, Griffin and Zachary Leslie of Ft. Wayne, IN, Hailey and Kyle Harris of Paulding, OH, and Maleah “Leah” Leslie of Paulding, OH, as well as sister, Linda Wellman of Paulding, OH. Bob’s grandchildren were his pride and joy, as well as his two dogs, Gus and Lucy.
A memorial service will be held at the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, 1233 Emerald Rd., Paulding, OH on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Dwayne Richardson officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the church. Dinner following the service. The family asks that instead of sending flowers, you consider making a donation to the Paulding Co.
