WINCHESTER, IN – Hammond, Darlene, age 62, of Winchester, IN, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 after a long illness. She was born on September 16, 1958 in Dayton, OH to James and Shirley (Walden) Warner. She enjoyed drawing in her spare time.

Darlene is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Warner.

She is survived by her father, Jim Warner; sons, Joe, Jason, and John Hammond; siblings, Candy Seabring, Robin Warner, Jimmy Warner, Diane Box, Christina (Chris) Thomas, and Rosey (Don) Dunn, and several grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Community Christian Church, 11 Dorsey Akers Dr., West Alexandria, OH 45381. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m., also at the church, with Pastor Mark May officiating. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, West Alexandria, OH.

Flowers may be delivered to the church on Wednesday between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to church.

Due to COVID-19, face masks will be worn and social distancing will be observed.
