MARION, IN-Ermendina E. Bosquez, age 84, of Marion, IN, died on November 30, 2025. She was born on April 19, 1941, in Dilley, TX, to the late Profiro and Simona (Garcia) Benavidez. On May 19, 1955, she married her lifelong love, Richard A. Bosquez, in Dilley, TX. The two settled in Marion and began raising a family together. She enjoyed Bingo, cooking, and spending time with family. Friends and family will remember her most for playing Bingo faithfully for 50 plus years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Bosquez; son, Guadelupe Bosquez, and grandson, John F. Mooy Jr.

Ermendina is survived by her children, Richard Bosquez Jr., Anna Arce, Cynthia (Bill) McGriff, Esperanza L. (Hope) Bosquez, Ronaldo (Deborah) Bosquez, Enelda (Felipe) Ortega, and Maria Bosquez; 31 grandchildren; 74 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, December 5, 2025, from 11AM-12PM, at Hanfield Global Methodist Church, 101 N 400 E, Marion, IN. A funeral service will follow at 12PM, officiated by Pastor Curtis Banker. Burial will take place at Grant Memorial Park, Marion, IN. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the church, in honor of Ermendina.
