CARMEL, INDIANA – Creagh H. Steins, age 69, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025. She was born on May 25, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Donald and Patricia (McGinnis) Humphrey.

Creagh was a career salesperson in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She was an avid reader and a lover of animals; particularly horses, dogs, and cats. She also enjoyed traveling and eating good food. Before her sickness, she attended Northview Church in Carmel. Above all, she loved to be with her son and family.

She is survived by her dear son, Slater (Melissa) Steins; brother, Mark (Heather) Humphrey; sister, Shauna Humphrey; and numerous other special family members and friends whom she cherished.

The family will receive visitors within the chapel of Northview Church, 12900 Hazel Dell Pkwy, Carmel, IN, on Wednesday, July 9th. Visitation will be from 2-3 pm, followed by a memorial service at 3 pm with Pastor John Newton officiating.
