In loving memory of

Felicia D. McNeal

1959 - 2024

HAMILTON, OH - Felicia Denise McNeal, age 65, was born on September 15, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Waymon and Pearl McNeal, and peacefully passed away on December 24, 2024, in Hamilton, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Joshua Landers, and her sister Teresa McNeal. She was a vibrant spirit whose laughter could light up any room and whose outgoing personality made her a beloved figure in her community.

Felicia was the mother of eight children: Tikiyah McNeal of Jacksonville, Florida; Stephanie (Nelson) Davis of Cincinnati, Ohio; Jerome (Salvador) Holland, Jr. of Denver, Colorado; Jerrod McNeal of Cincinnati, Ohio; Jeremy Watson of Hamilton, Ohio; Justin (Naela) Watson of Middletown, Ohio; Tiara McNeal of Cincinnati, Ohio; and Joshua Givens (Landers). She also was a grandmother to 23 grandchildren and a great-grandmother to 4 great-grandchildren. Felicia also leaves behind her brother Waymon (Larreina) McNeal of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, along with one niece and one nephew.

She had a zest for life, finding joy in her favorite hobbies, which included going to bingo, visiting the casino, and spending time with her neighbors. Felicia loved cooking, and going out to eat Chinese food, seafood, and hibachi, and she enjoyed belting out tunes during karaoke sessions. A devoted fan of Mary J. Blige, she often turned up the music to cook and clean. Felicia was not only a mother but also a graduate who valued education. She held a special bond with the father of her two boys, Luther Watson, and was a member of the Pentecostal faith

Felicia’s remarkable ability to make others laugh and her unwavering authenticity resonated deeply with everyone who knew her. She lived by the motto, "If you are ashamed of what you do, don’t do it!" and embraced life to the fullest.

Felicia will be remembered for her unapologetic personality that brought joy to those around her. She found solace in her favorite place…home and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
