GREENVILLE, OH – Pauline Margaret Rench, age 89, of Greenville, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born on October 18, 1935, in Brookville, Ohio, to the late Wilbur and Margaret (Baker) Harshbarger. In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon E. Rench; and her son, Ken Rench.

She is survived by her daughters, Margaret (Robert) Fritts of Carmel, Indiana and Sara (Loren) Shaffer of Greenville; her daughter-in-law, Crystal Rench of Arcanum, Ohio; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Pauline had many hobbies and loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed camping, sewing, and playing cards with family and friends. Everyone will miss her homemade noodles.

Pauline’s family will be receiving guests from 10 AM until 11 AM on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Trinity Wesleyan Church, 1400 E Main St, Greenville, OH 45331. A funeral honoring her life will follow at 11 AM at the church with Pastor Drew Bush officiating. Burial will follow at Royal Oak Cemetery in Brookville, Ohio.
