JoAnn Bellis Fischer Brown, 78, of Holgate, OH passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 1 of 8 children born to the late Mary and Lee Bellis, Sr. She is survived by her children: Mary Elizabeth Fischer, Patricia Ann Fischer, George Edward (Jeanette Reta) Fischer, Joseph Martin Fischer; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
As a child JoAnn lived in the Sacred Heart Convent from age 11 until 17. JoAnn loved to sew, play bingo, garden, her kittens, cook and wrote letters. JoAnn was a member of Believers International Church in Defiance. Her true love was spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held at Believers International Church, 1600 Ayersville Ave., Defiance, OH on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 10 A.M. until the time of the service at 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted with a Church Funerals Direct Network Affiliate. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
