MEDINA, OH – Betty Jean Hanna, of Medina, died Sunday, May 19, 2024, at home, surrounded by her family. She was born on February 29, 1944, in Harrisburg, PA, to the late Warren and Betty Watson (Hand). Betty was a 1962 graduate of Norwin High School and later went to cosmetology school. She retired from ITT Automotive. She enjoyed her gardening, her dogs, and especially spending time with her friends. But most of all, she loved watching her grandchildren grow up.

She leaves behind her daughters, Linda (Michael) Burchard and Lana (Paul) Lotarski; siblings, Biz (Beth) Watson, Glenn (late Karen) Watson, and Linda (Jeff) Watson; grandchildren, Angelina, Sydni, and Aidan, as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Medina Presbyterian Church, 5020 Burgundy Bay Blvd., Medina, OH 44256, with Pastor Henry Pearce officiating. Family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 AM at the church. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Medina Friends-N-Focus, P.O.
