1952 - 2025
TIPP CITY, OHIO – Ann M. Eilerman, age 73, of Tipp City, OH, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Kettering Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Ann attended St. Elizabeth School of X-ray Technology where she received her Radiologic Technologist certificate. After her studies, she worked as a Radiologist Technician for over 40 years. Ann is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Dave Eilerman of Tipp City, OH; three children, Todd (Kristi) Eilerman of Findlay, OH; Kristy (Mike) Hein of Loveland, OH; and Jodie Eilerman of Cincinnati, OH; brother, Dave (Connie) Gilmore; four grandchildren, Kaitlynn and Kassie (Todd) Eilerman and Owen and Andrew (Kristy) Hein.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law, Bernard Eilerman; brother-in-law, Dan Eilerman, and sister-in-law, Wanda Broering (Eilerman).
Ann was devoted to her family, as a wife, mother, and grandmother. She created a loving and welcoming home for those dear to her, making it a safe and happy place for everyone to return to for family gatherings, or quiet weekends at Mom and Dad’s.
Ann showed us all how a meaningful life is best lived with those we love. From her cherished summers at the lake – filled with memories of boat rides and relaxing days down at the dock – to long road trips to explore new places. She created beloved holiday traditions, that will always include memories of preparing cherished family recipes including chicken pot pie, spaghetti, and homemade cookies. Her home was filled with sounds of laughter and lively conversation. She loved her close friends, who she treated like family. Ann will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. Her kindness and compassion touched countless individuals, and her legacy of hospitality and unconditional love will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
A visitation will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 753 South Hyatt Street, Tipp City, OH 45371, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the church at 11:30 a.m. A meal and time of fellowship will follow at the church after the service.
