EATON, OH – Terry Ray Keener, age 55, of Eaton, OH, passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 21, 2022. He was born in Dayton, OH on March 9, 1966 to Wayne and Carolyn Keener (Pierce). Terry was a 1985 graduate of Eaton High School and worked in construction for 25 years. When Terry wasn’t working, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He also loved having water fights with all of the children in the family. Friends will remember him most as a very motivated, hard-working individual, who was selfless and always willing to help others, regardless of the time of day. Immediate family members will remember him as being a caring and loving person.

Terry leaves behind his parents, Wayne and Carolyn Keener of Eaton, OH; children, Chris Tucker of Cincinnati, OH, Mindy (Miles) Johnson of Richmond, IN, Justin Mackie of Eaton, OH, Ashley Tucker of Eaton, OH, and Brandon Tucker of Eaton, OH; siblings, Jeff Spurgeon (Priscilla) of Holly Hill, FL, Robin Keener of Castine, OH, Ronald Keener of Eaton, OH, Kimberly (Chad) Mikesell of Eaton, OH; grandchildren, Annabelle, Malachi, Brenton, Kasie, Elianna, Carson, Hailey, Gracey, and Thomas; favorite cousin, James Miller, and best friend of 42 years, Russ (Lisa) Baker.

He is preceded in death by his precious grandparents, aunts, uncles, and a great nephew.

Visitation will be 11:00AM – 1:00PM Friday, January 28, 2022 at Brookville Full Gospel Church of God, 235 S. Wolf Creek St., Brookville, OH 45309. Funeral service will follow at 1:00PM also at the church, with Pastor Kevin Nelson officiating. Burial will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Trotwood, OH. Flowers may be delivered to the church on Friday between 9:00 – 11:00AM. Memorial contributions may be made to the church in memory of Terry.
