Barbara S. Frazier
1941 - 2025
ENGLEWOOD – Barbara S. Frazier, age 83, of Englewood, Ohio, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025. She was born on April 22, 1941 in Fentress County, Tennessee, to the late Elmer Jackson and Augusta (Holloway) Miller. In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by the love of her life for 65 years Luke, on December 16, 2021; a great grandson, Lemuel; her brothers and sister-in-law, Billy and Betty Miller, and Gene Miller.
Barbara is survived by her children, Doug (Sharon) Frazier, Cindy Hall, Paul (Kim) Frazier, and Tina (Jeff) Marcum; her grandchildren, Mike (Kristy) Hall, Jon Hall, Heather (Stephen) Hartzell, Olivia (Clay) Aikman, Jennifer (Jonathan) Hartzell, Paul Michael (Angela) Frazier, Amelia (Noah) Chasteen, and Andrew Marcum; and 14 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her sister, Bea Kroemer; a sister-in-law, Sheryol Miller; and several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
Barbara was a talented and prolific artist, drawing and painting countless pieces of art. Once she retired, she took painting classes to hone her craft. She loved her family and adored her kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and her beloved cats. Barbara was the ideal minister’s wife and devoted her life to the love and service of God. She loved to talk to anyone. If you gave her five minutes, she would get your life’s story. Her demeanor would put people at ease. She was positive, upbeat and always laughing.
Visitation will be from 10 AM to 11 AM on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Happy Corner Church of the Brethren, 7037 N Union Rd, Clayton, OH 45315. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM with Pastor Tony Price officiating. Burial will be at Royal Oak Cemetery.
Flowers may be delivered to the church on Thursday, January 23rd between 8 AM and 10 AM. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to either Affinity Hospice, 9349 Waterstone Blvd., Suite 340, Cincinnati, OH 45249, or the church in honor of Barbara.
