VANDALIA, OHIO – Carl Ray Patrick, age 62, went to be with the Lord on November 27, 2025. He was born on October 31, 1963, in Dayton, OH. Carl is survived by his mom, Sue Ann Patrick; sister, Suellen Patrick Wissinger; niece, Marissa (Brian) Tolle; great-niece, Brennan Tolle; many cousins, including Helen Travis and Kris Adkins, as well as a host of friends. Carl is preceded in death by his father, Carl R. Patrick Sr. and his beloved grandparents, Osa and Rena Patrick. A memorial service will be held at Greenview Calvary Tabernacle, 8010 N. Main Street, Dayton, OH 45415, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 12PM, officiated by Pastor Tim Livingston. Family will begin receiving friends on Tuesday at 11AM. Instead of sending flowers, the family kindly requests that you consider making a donation to Hospice of Dayton, The American Cancer Society, or the church, in honor of Carl.
