In loving memory of
Teresa A. Mosier
1962 - 2026
ANTWERP, OHIO – Teresa A. Mosier, age 63, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026, at home surrounded by her family after a courageous 10-year battle with metastatic breast cancer. Teresa was born April 2, 1962, to the late Nicholas and Nancy (Griggs) Mendez in Hicksville, OH. On February 14, 1981, she married the love of her life, John A Mosier.
Teresa will be remembered for her contagious smile and her love for laughter. She had the ability to master any craft, especially her crocheting skills. She had an open-door policy and welcomed anyone into her home. She had a natural essence for making people feel right at home. Teresa made amazing dishes while experimenting with ingredients. She never measured or wrote recipes down. She loved the grinch and Christmas. Her quick wits and words of wisdom will be remembered forever. Her love for her family was strong like her love for Jesus. Family meant everything to her, and nobody was a stranger.
Her family was her pride and joy. Teresa is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, John Mosier; 2 daughters, Samantha Baumert (Blake Davis) and Nancy Langmeyer (Jason Pummell); grandchildren, Jarrod (Alisa) Mosier, Natalie Grunden (James Bruce), Juliana (Dillon) Lambert, Draven and Carter Baumert, Lucas Langmeyer, Emmagrace; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Lennie (Susie) Holdcraft, Nicholas II (Victoria) Mendez, Edward (Elizabeth) Mendez, Daniel (Kim) Mendez, Melody (Gary) Engel, Judy (Dean) Husted, Trish (Jake) Schooley, Candis Mendez; sister-in-law, Jan Rasey and Susie Gladieux; brother-in-law, Steve (Kathy) Mosier; 37 nieces, nephews, and a host of great-nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
