STURGIS, MICHIGAN – Kenneth Steven Brannon, age 70, entered his heavenly home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 7, 2025. Kenneth was born on March 7, 1955, in Dayton, OH to Richard Jr and Bernice (Tolson) Brannon. On May 10, 1986, he married the love of his life Tracy Burkhead on a Harley in Eaton, OH. Together they created a beautiful family and shared unforgettable memories.

Kenneth worked as a self-employed truck driver for many years. In his spare time, he really enjoyed firearms, knives, fishing, and spending quality time with his grandchildren and fur babies. Kenneth was also a lifetime NRA member and loved Harley-Davidson. He had a lot of friends, a big heart and an unwavering love for Jesus. He will be greatly missed as he embarks on Heaven’s open road.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Tracy Brannon of Sturgis, MI; 2 sons, Kenneth (Angela) Brannon and Jason (Jessica Lupurk) Brannon both of Lafayette, TN; 6 grandchildren, Evan Brannon, Melinda Brannon, Andrew Brannon, Conner Brannon, Jasmine Brannon and Jaelyn Brannon all of Lafayette, TN; 2 sisters, Angela (Carson) Dalton and Gail Ditty; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Richard Brannon Jr; mother, Bernice Alcorn; stepdad, Albert Branham; 2 brothers, Rick Tolson and Craig Powell.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at Community Christian Church, 11 Dorsey Akers Drive, West Alexandria, OH 45381. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Pastor Mark May officiating. Interment will take place at Sugar Grove Cemetery, OH-503 N, West Alexandria, OH 45381.

Flowers may be delivered to the church on Tuesday from 8 – 10 AM. Memorial contributions may be directed to the church in honor of Kenneth. Donation envelopes will be available at the church.
