NAVARRE, OHIO – Gloria Jean Rair, age 81, of Navarre, Ohio, danced into the loving arms of her Savior on Monday, September 14, 2026. Gloria was born on August 3, 1945, in Canton, Ohio to the late Glen and Eileen (LeMasters) Kinsey. Gloria was a 1963 graduate of New Philadelphia High School and worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant for various companies. Gloria retired from Standard Testing Laboratories (STL) in 2015.

She was a devoted wife, dedicated mother, and beloved Grandma. Gloria loved dancing, horses and family. Gloria’s friends and family will remember her most for her feisty, never-give-up attitude and compassionate heart. Gloria loved Jesus and longed for the day she could ride a heavenly horse with Him through the eternal pastures.

Gloria is survived by her husband of 61 amazing years, John J Rair; children, Scott (Stephanie) Rair of Louisville, Ohio; Gina (Brian) Huscusson of Clinton, Ohio and John G (Jennifer) Rair of Navarre, Ohio; brother, Dan (Donna) Kinsey of Dover, Ohio; grandchildren, Timothy (Carrie) Rair, Cameron (Kylie) Huscusson, Nikolas (Victoria) Rair, Nathan Huscussion, Avery Rair, Owen Rair, Zachary Huscusson; great-grandchildren Rylee, Jonah, and Henry.

The Family will host a visitation on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. at Full Devotion Church, 4110 38th St NW, Canton Ohio, 44718. A memorial service will follow at the church at 6:00 p.m. with Reverand Kevin Thomas officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the church in Gloria’s honor.
